survey company Corporate People Limited (CoPeople).
We have delivered
sophisticated surveys to populations ranging from 18000 to <100. We
use both hard copy and internet channels.
appropriate focus groups (for both design and feedback), telephone
questionnaires and freefone facilities to collect qualitative data, and
on-site structured interviews.
Our results are
presented in terms of in-depth HR policy issues, actions, and
recommendations, all based on internal benchmarking so that clients can
see exactly where - whether location or category of employee - there are
positive and negative perceptions.
